Head Banging

Itsy-Bitsy Message
Oct 23rd
Okay. I forgot to share with ‘The Californians’ just how much ‘Real Oregonians’ want them to migrate northward. It didn’t take long after my last post before this eight-legged fella decided to show up on our doorstep. His web doesn’t say, “That’s some pig”. Instead, he’s written, “Bring some of them fruit flys with you”.
Happy Birthday Ampa Ron!
Oct 15th
We can’t wait to see you again, Ampa Ron! And when you get here, the boys are excited to help you go home hunting. Leaving California for Oregon is like swapping from fast food to a gourmet meal. Everthing here is fresher, better tasting, and longer lasting. But don’t tell anyone that it’s one-third the cost of living. Shhhhh.
Tornado Outbreak
Oct 13th
“A period of several successive days with tornado outbreaks in the same general area (spawned by multiple weather systems) is a tornado outbreak sequence… Reliably predicting tornado intensity and longevity remains a problem… Scientists still do not know the exact mechanisms by which most tornadoes form, and occasional tornadoes still strike without a tornado warning being issued.”
